Global Shipping
We ship our goods across the globe with FedEx or DHL and NinjaVan for shipment within Singapore. Shipping charges will be determined upon checkout.
Parcel Tracing
Use FedEx, DHL or NinjaVan to trace your parcel, the tracking number is included when your item is dispatched. To help facilitate shipping notification or updates, ensure that you enter an email address with your order. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your purchase and estimated arrival time.
Customs and Duties
All International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). You are only charged for the item and shipping costs only during check. All import duties, local customs and/or local sales taxes levied remains the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you to contact your local customs authority to obtain information about the local import duties and taxes to determine the final landed price for your order before completing your purchase.

Currencies and Billing
All orders will be billed in Singapore Dollar (SGD$). Note that the currency converter available on our site provide estimates. The actual amount debited on your credit/debit card may vary depending on your bank and currency fluctuations.
