MTOs or any product that has been modified at the customer’s request cannot be returned or refunded.
Our GMTO (Group Made To Order) program allows you to order models not available on our RTW (Ready To Wear) collection. These are Limited Edition models that can be produced when purchased.
There is no MTO fee added when you order the shoes, these models will be priced just like all stock models. Production lead time will take approximately 10-12 weeks. All the MTOs listed on this page will be produced, there is no minimum amount of purchases that needs to be done. If you purchase it, you will get it.

GOODYEAR WELT COLLECTION
A Goodyear Welt shoe or boot is made using a strip of leather that runs along the perimeter of the outsole. The machinery used to produce was invented in 1869 by Charles Goodyear Jr., the son of Charles Goodyear. This is a time-honoured process that allow pairs of shoes to be resoled and is the definite standard for quality shoes.
